🔁 Return / Refund / Shipping / Service Policy
Refunds & Cancellations:
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited to the following conditions:
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of project delivery
Full refunds are only applicable when no work has been started
Partial refunds may apply if the project is canceled midway (based on work completed)
No refunds for completed work or after client approval
Revisions & Satisfaction:
We provide up to 2-3 free revisions per project as mentioned during the order. Additional revisions may be charged.
Shipping:
We do not ship physical products. All services (designs, files, consultation, and training) are delivered digitally via email or cloud links.
Delivery Timelines:
Design services: 3–10 business days
Mentorship/Training: Scheduled sessions based on enrollment
Final delivery files are shared in commonly accepted formats (.png, .psd, .fig, .pdf, etc.)
